Mosh is a complement to - not a replacement of - your regular GP or any specialists you may see. So it's important to keep your other healthcare professionals up to date with the services you may receive from Mosh. If you would like us to keep your doctor up to date you can provide their information in the sign-up phase or at any stage via the Medical Support section of your Mosh Portal.
Mosh has no lock in contracts, so you can pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time.
Mosh is a subscription based service which is set up for automatic refills but you can pause, cancel or change your delivery dates at any time.
Right now, Mosh is not set up to accept outside prescriptions. This means that even if your doctor has already written a prescription for you, we will still need you to complete a questionnaire before you can place your order with Mosh.
Mosh also provides telehealth (video) consultations if there is the need for a little more exploration or you feel you'd like to discuss a treatment in more depth. In these cases we do get you to complete your sign-up and then you can book a time that suits you.
Yes. Sadly it does mean exiting the Mosh service though. Once you accept the doctors plan you will be able to provide your pharmacy's details and we'll transfer the script. The cost of your treatment will be refunded less the doctor's cost & transfer fee ($60 in total).
The pricing depends on the treatment recommended from the doctor. The costs will be shown at the recommendation stage and are all inclusive (nothing hidden) meaning it covers the cost of:

The doctor will provide you with a recommendation of the best next steps for you (often to see your regular GP for a face-to-face consultation) and if you have made a payment, then Mosh will refund you in full in line with our Refund Policy
Sadly no. As a starting point you need to be over 18 to access the Mosh platform and then the doctor makes an assessment based on your information whether a treatment is suitable.
Your doctor will provide you with an in depth summary of treatment at the recommendation stage and you will also be able to access additional information about the treatment including any potential side effects.
Of course. Once a doctor has reviewed your answers you will be able to message them via your Mosh portal, ask any questions and discuss your treatment.
The doctors working on the Mosh platform aim to get back to everyone within 24 hours. A lot of doctors on the platform work with Mosh between and outside their own clinic times so you can get a recommendation at any time during the day.
If eligible, and you accept the treatment plan, you can securely pay for your treatment, verify your ID, the doctor prepares a script and a pharmacy will ship your personalised treatment right to your door.
Easy. First, you select the area you are interested in discussing from our website and then you complete a short online questionnaire for an Australian GP to review.

Mosh uses Australia Post to deliver most treatments. In rare cases we can use private couriers if there are any potential issues or delays with Australia Post.
Australia Post, and any other delivery service, are third party delivery providers engaged by Mosh and, as such, Mosh cannot be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to consequential loss) resulting from the conduct of Australia Post or any other delivery provider.
Most orders are prepared within 2 - 3 days and delivered within 3 - 6 working days from payment (5 - 9 days total). In that time, Mosh will check your treatment information, the pharmacy will prepare your personalised treatment and then Australia Post will deliver.
Don't worry we allow a little extra time in your recurring orders to make sure you don't run out before we ship your next orders.
Anywhere that Australia Post can deliver. This includes your residential address, PO Box, Parcel Locker or business.
Due to the nature of the products being delivered you may be required to sign for your treatment and if you are not home then the parcel will be taken to a local post office.

Yep – you'll get a link with your tracking number as soon as the pharmacy lodges your parcel with Australia Post.
Imagine incognito mode but for parcels. We aim to keep the packaging as discreet and simple as possible. Your treatment is sent in a plain post bag with the sender's information (the pharmacy) as small as possible.
If it's your first order with us you'll see a little extra Mosh inside your parcel.
Australia Post says: Over 90% of late items arrive within 3 business days of their due date. If it still hasn't arrived then there are 2 things to do:
Once we ship an item, Australia Post insists they hear from the receiver first but don't worry we'll support every step of the way and if Australia Post deem it lost in transit we'll replace it for you.
In some cases, Australia Post may be unable to deliver your parcel and it will be returned to the Pharmacy. If your tracking code shows the delivery as Returned to Sender, please contact us via your Mosh Portal and we will arrange the this to be resent.
If your treatment has broken, a bottle has leaked or there is something not working with your treatment, let us know via the contact us section of your Mosh Portal and we'll investigate and do whatever is required to make it right.
Yes, you can update your shipping address via the profile page in your Mosh portal anytime before an order has been processed.
If an order has already been sent to the pharmacy for preparation or shipped with Australia Post then we will not be able to redirect it.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns. This is due to the nature of the products and the fact that we are unable to reuse them if they are returned to us.
That being said, if there is a problem with the order or treatment we are happy to help and will do all we can to make things right, just let us know via your Mosh portal or email [email protected].

By default, Mosh provides generic brands where possible to help keep the service affordable for all. In some cases, brands are available on request but these can significantly increase the price by up to 10x.

Your Mosh Portal contains all the information you need to know about your treatment and with each order we include a QR code that links you straight to that information.

If it is not an emergency, you can contact us via the Medical Support section of your Mosh Portal or email us at [email protected]. The team will connect you with a member of the healthcare team who will reach out and provide the required support and where required any appropriate course of action.
The doctor will provide a recommendation on the volume, frequency of each treatment (we'd give you more information if we could but it does vary by treatment).
This is at the discretion of the doctor based on their review of your information and best practice relating to the recommended treatment.
In most cases we'll reach out to you before your script expires or runs out of repeats to complete a short online consultation with a doctor (can be a questionnaire or a telehealth session).
Once completed, the doctor shares with us the new script, if there are any changes we'll reach out if not we can continue supplying your treatment as normal.
Changes to dosages or the treatment form will require a video consultation with a doctor. These consults are free of charge as part of your treatment plan.
If you are looking to remove a particular product from your plan, a doctors consult is not required and Mosh support will be able to assist you, just email us at [email protected].

Doctors working on the Mosh platform depend on the information you provide during your consultation and they have no way of externally verifying the information you provide. In addition, it is always important that you review and understand the treatment plan your doctor has recommended before taking any medication. If you have any questions in that process, we are here to help.
No. Some conditions and treatments may require a physical examination. The doctors on Mosh will always let you know if there is a reason for you to instead seek a physical examination for your particular treatment.
Mosh is a platform that connects you with a doctor. You can consult with your doctor via online messaging (most common), phone and video.
The method of communication will be dependent on your medical history and treatment plan. As part of our service all patients have access to free follow-ups 365 days a year.
When you book a video consultation on the Mosh platform you'll be emailed and texted a link which will take you to your consultation waiting room. Like any doctor's consultation, it is best to arrive a few minutes early and check everything is working. The doctor will join and the consult will begin.
Technology can fail us (and your doctor) but if for any reason there are technical issues the doctor will do their best to call you and conduct the consultation over the phone. This will be from a private number during or close to your session time.

Sometimes the doctors are running behind (they are still doctors) but in most cases the doctors join even if a few minutes late.

Mosh enables you to book and speak with a psychologist 100% online, from the comfort of your own home (or anywhere) and some services can even be bulk billed.

With a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) and referral, you can access bulk billing psychologists with Mosh.
To access a MHCP, please book in with your local GP for an extended appointment to prepare a MHCP. Your GP will then be able to fill in the relevant paperwork. Request a referral to Mosh Platform Psychologist.
If you have private health insurance that covers psychology sessions, you may be able to claim a rebate on sessions. You can request a receipt from us by emailing [email protected].
