Refer a friend program: Referrer's T&C's - Mosh

1. The 'refer a friend' credit is available for existing members who successfully refer a friend who makes an Eligible Purchase using your referral code. An Eligible Purchase:
   a. is for a Mosh plan valued at $60 per payment or more; and
   b. is on a prescription, OTC product or therapy/counselling session (subject to a Doctor's consult and recommendation if necessary); and
   c. is made where the purchaser uses your referral code at checkout.
2. Mosh will not disclose to you any details of Eligible Purchases using your referral code (including the name of the purchaser).
3. You must refer a friend who has not purchased a plan from Mosh in the last 365 days from their purchase date.
4. You must be an active Mosh member on your friend's purchase date.
5. You must have made at least 1 payment on a Mosh plan by the date your friend's eligible purchase is delivered.
6. Your friend must meet all eligibility criteria (available here). If your friend cancels, delays or suspends their purchase before it is received, the referral credits will not be issued.
7. You must only send the referral code or link to your friends with their permission.
8. The referral credit will be automatically applied to your next payment on an Eligible Purchase. You must not share any part of the referral credit with your friend or anyone else.
9. Referral credits will be capped at 5 per membership in a calendar year.
10. This offer may be withdrawn or changed by Mosh at any time before you make an eligible referral. If your friend has already joined using your referral code prior to a withdrawal or change to this offer, you will still receive the referral credits, subject to the other existing terms of this offer being satisfied.
11. Any referral credits you receive will remain valid for up to 12 months from the date of receipt.
12. If your friend wishes to purchase multiple treatment plans, the plans must be purchased in the same transaction for the referral code to apply.
13. Your friend(s) can only use your referral code to obtain a free initial doctor review and a credit towards the first plan(s) they purchase through Mosh (if any), and your referral code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
14. You cannot redeem unused referral credits for cash under any circumstance.
15. $100 referral credit is available until June 30, 2024. From July 1, 2024 referral credit will revert back to $50.
