Provide Evidence
You will need to provide clear evidence of the lower price, such as a URL to the competitor's website or screenshot of a payment page (including details of the program, price and terms) for us to verify.

Our team will verify the competitor's price and your eligibility according to these terms. You can typically expect a response within 2 business days.

Should you find a better price elsewhere on a substantially comparable* product or service (including practitioner consultation, medical treatment and delivery) simply check your eligibility below by filling out a quick form and if eligible, we’ll match it.
Tips when submitting a Price Match Guarantee
To confirm a Price Match, you’ll need to demonstrate you have received a treatment plan from both the competitor and Mosh/y which meets the conditions set out below. The competitor’s treatment plan must be:
- Identical to Mosh’s in treatment and dosage;
- Equivalent to Mosh’s in billing period (e.g., monthly); and
- Substantially comparable to Mosh's in terms of ongoing care and support inclusions (specifically, practitioner consultations and ongoing check-ins, medical treatment and delivery).
You won't be able to use your Price Match Guarantee alongside other special deals or promotions we might be running, such as our 3-Month Lock-In.
The Price Match Guarantee is only available for eligible hair loss treatment programs and eligible weight loss treatment programs.
Once a price match is confirmed, a unique code will be provided. This code must be claimed and the purchase completed within 7 days of issuance. Codes not redeemed within this period will be void, requiring a new submission.
Suitability for any treatment is subject to evaluation and approval by a clinically independent doctor or nurse practitioner. A price match does not guarantee treatment suitability. If you are deemed ineligible for treatment, any payment made will be refunded in accordance with our standard terms and conditions.
Your price match offer is valid only on the specific program you claimed on (specific treatment, dosage and support inclusion). If your plan changes (for example, due to a change in dosage), your plan will return to regular pricing.
*Mosh reserves the right, acting reasonably, to refuse a Price Match Guarantee if it does not meet these criteria, and at Mosh’s sole discretion, to propose an alternative offer. For a full list of requirements, please read our terms and conditions.
